LD Micro Precision Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist cum Programmer to join our team in Penang. As a CNC Machinist cum Programmer, you will be responsible for operating and programming our state-of-the-art CNC machines to produce high-precision parts and components. Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts and components to specifications
• Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software to create efficient and accurate machining processes
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
• Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of the manufacturing process
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to identify and resolve any issues or challenges
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all machining activities
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or CNC Programmer
• Strong proficiency in operating a variety of CNC machines center
• Proven experience in programming CNC machines using CAD/CAM software
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating our state-of-the-art CNC machines to produce high-precision parts and components. Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate CNC Machines to produce part as per drawing and within specification.
• Setup, operate and maintains measuring equipment, gauges and fixtures for inspection.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of work area at all time.
• Able to train Machine Operators to operate CNC Machine.
• Responsible for material wastage control, manufacturing cost reduction and compliance with safety requirements.
• Able to perform simple troubleshooting and regular maintenance on CNC Machines.
• Responsibility to inform superior on machine and tooling conditions that may cause quality and safety issue.
• Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificates, Diploma In General Machining or equivalent.
• Graduate from ILP,IKM,GMI, JMI, PSDC and any other Malaysia technical institute are encourage to apply.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Able to work in rotating shifts and perform overtime work.
