Kami sedang mencari Pengurus Pembangunan Perniagaan yang berdedikasi untuk menerajui pertumbuhan Leaf CRM. Apa yang akan anda lakukan

• Miliki saluran jualan CRM Leaf: Kaji, kenal pasti dan layakkan bakal pelanggan di seluruh Malaysia dan rantau yang lebih luas, serta bangunkan strategi yang disasarkan untuk mendekati dan menukar mereka.
• Jalankan kempen jangkauan berstruktur: Bekerjasama dengan penyedia bakal pelanggan dan senarai bakal pelanggan untuk memacu aktiviti keluar yang konsisten (panggilan sejuk, susulan dan tempah temu janji demo yang layak.)
• Sampaikan demo CRM Leaf yang menarik, pimpin perbualan percubaan, sediakan cadangan dan kontrak serta tutup langganan bulanan dan tahunan.
• Membangunkan pengetahuan produk yang mendalam untuk memetakan ciri CRM Leaf dengan berkesan mengikut keperluan jualan dan aliran kerja setiap bakal pelanggan
• Bina dan kekalkan hubungan pelanggan yang kukuh dan berkekalan untuk memacu pengekalan, pengembangan dan rujukan.
• Kenal pasti dan wujudkan perkongsian strategik dan saluran penjual semula yang meluaskan jangkauan Leaf CRM.
• Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan pemasaran, produk dan sokongan pelanggan untuk memastikan penyerahan onboarding yang lancar dan memasukkan kembali pandangan pasaran ke dalam pelan tindakan produk.
• Wakili Leaf CRM di acara industri, persidangan dan sesi rangkaian untuk membina jenama dan menjana bakal pelanggan.
• Mengekalkan rekod CRM yang tepat dan menyediakan laporan berkala mengenai saluran paip, prestasi jualan dan trend pasaran.

Apa yang anda perlukan

• Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Pemasaran atau bidang yang berkaitan.
• Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman dalam pembangunan perniagaan atau jualan, sebaik-baiknya menjual SaaS, CRM atau produk teknologi lain.
• Kebiasaan tentang bagaimana CRM dan alat pengurusan bakal pelanggan menyokong pasukan jualan dan pemasaran, serta pemahaman tentang landskap perisian dan penyelesaian perusahaan.

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth for Leaf CRM. This is a product-focused sales role where you will run the full sales cycle for Leaf CRM, from identifying and qualifying leads, to delivering product demos, to closing subscriptions and handing customers over for onboarding. The ideal candidate understands how SaaS and CRM products are bought and sold, communicates clearly, and has a track record of meeting sales targets.

What you will do

• Own the Leaf CRM sales pipeline: Research, identify, and qualify prospects across Malaysia and the wider region, and develop targeted strategies to approach and convert them.
• Run structured outreach campaigns: Work with lead providers and prospect lists to drive consistent outbound activity (cold calls, follow-ups, and book qualified demo appointments.)
• Deliver compelling Leaf CRM demos, lead trial conversations, prepare proposals and contracts, and close monthly and annual subscriptions.
• Develop deep product knowledge to effectively map Leaf CRM features to each prospect's sales and workflow needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive retention, expansion, and referrals.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships and reseller channels that extend Leaf CRM's reach.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding handoffs and feed market insights back into the product roadmap.
• Represent Leaf CRM at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build the brand and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular reports on pipeline, sales performance, and market trends.

What you will need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably selling SaaS, CRM, or other technology products.
• Familiarity with how CRM and lead management tools support sales and marketing teams, and an understanding of the software and enterprise solutions landscape.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong English command
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence demoing software to decision makers.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOAs) to customers
• Track all follow-up actions (emails, calls, responses) with clear status updates
• Draft and send collection emails to customers
• Escalate issues clearly with proposed actions (not just reporting problems)
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed with proper tracking and closure

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured tracking
• Good written communication skills (client-facing emails required)
• Proficient in Excel (tracking, follow-ups, basic reporting)

Job Description:

•  Manage and lead a team of warehouse associates to ensure the timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders
• Manage daily warehousing duties
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt & transfer client goods.
• To plan proper layout and warehouse space planning using company warehouse management system.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory management
• Implement best practices and procedures to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Candidate must prossess at least a Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia
