1. Fluent in Malay (spoken & written) is preferably.
2. Fluent in Chinese (spoken & written) is an advantage.
3. SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
4. Prior experience in customer service, call center, or telesales is an advantage.
5. Able to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
6. Willing to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
7. Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
