What You'll Own

• Make the Right Call, Every Time - Every payment situation needs to be assessed in full – account history, order activity, context, and the customer’s track record all matter. • Be the Early Warning System - You’ll surface what matters before it becomes a problem: volumes becoming unmanageable, a rising rate of aborted orders, customers repeatedly hitting obstacles with the same bank or financial institution, friction caused by BullionStar’s own systems or processes, and decisions about when force prepay should apply – for a specific subset of customers or more broadly. These aren’t things to quietly note. They need to be raised.

• Manage Banking Relationships - You’ll act as the primary point of contact for our banking partners and financial institutions. You’ll maintain those relationships, manage escalations when needed, and represent BullionStar professionally in any payment-related communication.

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT Support, Field Service Engineering, or Systems Administration supporting a multi-site environment.

• Participate in vendor due-diligence exercises, security reviews, data integrity & availability services. 

• Manage a team of Field Service Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers in supporting the client portfolios and their distributed workforce. 

• Be accountable for client technical escalations and subsequent resolutions. Serve as a main point of contact and act as an escalation point to engineers.

 Position Requirements  

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or 5+ years comparable experience in technology related, customer-facing role. 

• 2+ years of experience in a people management capacity 
  ·        Experience in technical projectmanagement as appliedto data/infrastructure migrations, relocations, major system upgrades, and new site deployments.

  ·        Advanced knowledgeof Microsoft Operating Systems such as Windows Serverand Windows 10/11

  ·        Administration experience with Public Cloud platforms with focus in Microsoft 365 and Azure

  ·        Extensive experience in administration of e-mail platforms and security integrations such as Exchange Online, Google Workspace,Proofpoint Essentials, and Mimecast

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will support financial strategy, business operations, and regional expansion initiatives. This is not a traditional accounting role. You will act as a key business partner to leadership, providing financial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring strong financial governance as the company scales across international markets.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across finance, operations, and businessteams.

Work Arrangement

Initial 3–6months based in Kuala Lumpur (KL), followed by relocation to Japan. Full relocation support provided, including visa sponsorship and housing.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English to support Chinese-speaking customers and regional stakeholders
• Willingness to relocate to Japan
