As a member of the Arista ANZ Sales team, you are the face of Arista to our customers across the Western and Southern territories. You are their internal champion, aligning Arista’s elite technical resources to solve their most complex business challenges. You’ll partner with some of the most skilled Systems Engineers in the industry, alongside our Professional Services and Executive teams, to execute on your customer’s behalf. What Will You Do?

We are seeking a driven, high-impact Major Account Manager to lead our expansion in Western and South Australia. Based in Perth, you will be instrumental in implementing a sales strategy to pursue "big bet" deals within a targeted list of Tier-1 accounts. This territory is unique, requiring a leader who can navigate the Industrial Powerhouse of WA/SA (Mining, Oil & Gas, and Utilities) and the Strategic Growth of SA (Defence, Space, and Government).

Job Responsibilities

• Territory Mastery: Exceed measurable sales objectives and extend the Arista brand across a named list of major accounts in WA and SA, focusing on both market expansion and "white space" acquisition.

• Consultative Value: Address the business needs of Hybrid Cloud, Remote Operations (Edge), and Industrial AI across the Arista portfolio, including:

  • Software-Driven Cloud Networking & EOS

  • Cognitive Campus (Wired and Wireless)

  • CloudVision (Network Automation & Telemetry)

  • NDR (Network Detection & Response) and AI-driven Security/Identity.

• C-Level Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-levels (CIO/CTO/CISO) within the ASX 100 and major government bodies.

• Technical Partnership: Partner with Arista Systems Engineers to design architectures that drive down Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) while increasing operational agility.

• Ecosystem Collaboration: Work closely with technology partners (AI, Storage, and Virtualization) and manage key Channel Partner relationships in Perth and Adelaide to identify and close prospects.

• Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute detailed account plans based on periodic business reviews and deep understanding of customer pain points (e.g., remote site connectivity, automated mining, and cybersecurity).

• Local Presence: Conduct demand generation activities, including technology forums, "Lunch-and-Learns," and local industry events to strengthen the Arista community in the West.

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Full Time Night Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of Mercure Perth on Hay's overnight operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.

What will you be doing?

• Managing the hotel overnight in the absence of the General Manager
• Complete audits of daily revenue and postings, making adjustments where needed
• Collate paperwork and reports for finance and management
• Provide efficient guest services including check in/out, request handling and providing hotel information
• Settle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurate
• Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
• Maintain the hotels standard of professionalism
• Be analytical and possess an eye for detail
• Assist the Front Office Manager and General Manager in a variety of check and balance procedures
• Assist with food & drink service in Distrikt Cafe and help out when needed in the restaurant and bar

Business Development

• Promote and sell John Crane products and solutions within a designated territory to achieve individual and team budgets.
• Achieve monthly and yearly orders and sales budgets.
• Develop and grow John Crane’s existing client base.
• Promote JCA quality products, superior service levels, and a professional image to the market place.
• Set and achieve new sales and client account management strategies and strategic plans in line with company philosophies, guidelines, budgets and time frames.
• Development of budget plans and values.
• Establish and maintain customer call cycles as appropriate and in conjunction with the Sales Manager
• Follow up of customer visits and quotations in a timely and professional manner with the view to gaining business and closing orders in favour of John Crane Australia.
• Ensure that industry knowledge, product knowledge and competitor knowledge is continuously researched, maintained and trends are freely communicated to all internal clients. 
• Meet and exceed KPI’s as set and agreed to with the Sales Manager

Relationship Management

• Effective utilisation of SAP C4C for quotations, logging customer contact information, sales activities, key account plans and other critical information on a daily basis.
• Provide real-time sale support to all key accounts.
• Provide all customers with real-time progress reports and information on all orders and sales.
• Research industry, supplier, product trends and client requirements to identify potential solutions for customers and opportunities for further new product development.

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is the primary commercial and relationship lead for Montu’s prescribing partners and clinic groups. This role is responsible for driving adoption and growth of Montu’s technology ecosystem, platforms, and product portfolio by aligning solutions to partner and patient needs. The KAM builds trusted partnerships, supports digital enablement, and delivers sustainable commercial outcomes through increased platform usage, prescription volumes, and long-term partner engagement. The territory is WA + SA with occasional travel to SA required. 

• Commercial Performance & Growth

  • Drive commercial uptake of Montu platforms, brands, and product lines, including increased UMeds usage and prescription volumes.
  • Conduct partner needs assessments to identify opportunities and tailor solutions that improve clinical and commercial outcomes.
  • Deliver forecasting, account planning, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support new partner acquisition in collaboration with Leafio KAMs and manage effective transition from deal to ongoing account management.
  • Achieve agreed activity, meeting, and sales targets through disciplined execution of structured sales processes.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and clinic groups.
  • Act as the central liaison between partners and Montu, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Provide high-quality ongoing support in collaboration with internal teams to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Support leadership initiatives related to partner performance, business development, and long-term relationship growth.

• Product Expertise & Education

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Montu platforms, products, and innovations.
  • Educate partners on product benefits, clinical applications, and appropriate usage to support efficient prescribing and improved patient outcomes.
  • Communicate the value of Montu’s technology-enabled solutions using insights, data, and evidence-based messaging.
  • Support the development and execution of education strategies for key prescribers and healthcare professional communities.

• Operational Excellence & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all partner interactions, forecasts, and activities in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular, high-quality reporting on sales activity, partner performance, market insights, and feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, design, logistics, customer support, and leadership teams to deliver partner-focused initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, partner experience, and commercial effectiveness.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Laboratory Manager to lead the efficient operation of our Environmental laboratory at Perth Airport, ensuring client turnaround times, quality, and safety KPIs are consistently met. This is a key leadership role that combines operational management, staff development, and strategic planning to drive laboratory performance.

What you will do:

• Manage laboratory operations to meet budget targets, controlling operational costs effectively.
• Ensure client results are delivered on time in accordance with national KPIs.
• Plan and organise production schedules, including work and task allocation.
• Ensure all results reported to clients are accurate and advise the client services team if deadlines cannot be met.
• Collaborate with the client services team to deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients.
• Maintain the highest quality standards, ensuring the laboratory remains compliant with ISO 17025 requirements.
• Oversee daily laboratory production by coordinating with section team leaders to meet turnaround times.
• Implement operational improvements to enhance laboratory performance, including introducing new services where needed.

• Participate actively in quality system processes, including calibrations and internal audits.
