At Canossaville Preschool, we believe in forming the hearts and minds of children so that they will be empowered learners and compassionate leaders. Being part of the preschool team, you will report to the Vice Principal and be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Preschool.

As the first point of contact for parents, children and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth centre operations, regulatory compliance, excellent customer service and a safe, well-maintained learning environment. You will work closely with the Principal, Vice Principal, teachers, central departments, and external vendors to ensure the efficient delivery of preschool operations. Critical Work Tasks

Cleanliness and Maintenance: Premises and Facilities

• Work with in-house and outsource cleaners to ensure cleanliness of the school premises

• Ensure supplies in First Aid Boxes are sufficient and to replenish where required
• Track validity of CPS Staff’s Child First Aid Certification and work with HR to ensure timely renewal of Certification before expiry date

Stakeholder Liaison

• Act as first point of contact for parents and visitors
• Provide accurate information on preschool programmes, fees, and enrolment procedures

Job Description

The Senior Scientist will lead the commissioning, installation and operation ofcontinuous flow equipment and instrument within the AiXL lab.

 Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Acquisition and installation of continuous flow equipment

• Procurement of commercially available modular units that can be assembled to create bespoke continuous flow workflow, including homogeneous and multiphasic reactions
• Implement of appropriate inline analytics to capture real-time data.
• Adopt necessary hardware and software to automate the system and to capture data.

Workflow & Instrument Management

• Establish SOP for different workflows, including thermal chemistry, photochemistry, etc
• Develop new data analytical tools (hardware and software) to expand beyond existing capabilities.

Technical Support & Synergy

• Familiar with Design of Experiments (DoE) and Bayesian Optimization.
• Conduct laboratory personnel training and certify authorized users on continuous flow experiments.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, including chemical storage and waste disposal.
• Manage procurement operations for laboratory supplies, equipment consumables, and services.
• Participate in R&D project meetings to provide technical insights and progress updates.

Job Requirements
Educational & Professional Experience

• Background: PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, preferably in continuous flow
• Expertise: Working knowledge in constructing flow reactors, and to collect data using inline analytics.
• Specialization: Proven experience in automation, and data-driven workflow.

Technical Skills

• Programming: Proficiency in Python for data automation and processing is essential.
• Data Science: Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DoE) and Bayesian Optimization workflows.
• Systems: Knowledge of electronic laboratory information systems (LIMS) or digital analytical data handling platforms is a significant advantage.

Soft Skills & Attributes

Directly responsible in handling operational matters for sub-team consists of the Client Relation officers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll, including AWS, bonuses, incentives, and annual increments.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, claims, insurance, and HRIS updates.
• Manage onboarding, confirmations, contract, and employee exits.
• Handle WICA claims, uniform and access card administration.
• Ensure HR compliance, payroll audits, and statutory submissions.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics, and support HR system improvements and automation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in HR or a related field.
• 2 years experience in payroll processing using.
• Some prior experience in Compensation & Benefits within a shared services environment.
• Able to join within short notice.
• Some healthcare industry experience will be an advantage.
