The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to spearhead our
commercial expansion in Singapore. If you already have an active network of Interior
Designers (IDs), Architects, and commercial fit-out contractors, this role is designed
for you. You will be leveraging a premium, market-leading brand to secure
specifications in high-value retail and commercial project pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage your existing network of ID firms, architects, and commercial contractors to position Himpel as the preferred air quality solution.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial design-stage presentation to technical quotation, negotiation, and project closure.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities across hospitality, wellness, childcare, and corporate office sectors.
- Represent the brand at networking events, exhibitions, and client site visits.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM records to report on growth milestones.
Requirements
- You possess a strong, active, and proven network of contacts within Singapore’s Interior Design (ID) and architectural community.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Previous experience in supplying materials to the interior/building industry (e.g., laminates, flooring, lighting, HVAC, or furnishings) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to understand project specifications, navigate complex sales cycles, and conduct professional presentations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial; comfortable working independently on the road.
