• Warganegara Malaysia;

• Calon bagi lantikan hendaklah memiliki kelayakan seperti berikut:
• Sijil dalam bidang Pengajian Perniagaan atau Penyimpanan Kira yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya;atau
• Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan;atau

DESKRIPSI TUGAS :

• Merekod dan menyelenggara transaksi kewangan dalam sistem perakaunan.
• Memastikan semua urusan kewangan mematuhi akta, peraturan kewangan, pekeliling dan prosedur yang berkuat kuasa.
• Membantu dalam pengurusan belanjawan, pemantauan peruntukan dan penyediaan maklumat kewangan bagi tujuan perancangan organisasi.
• Membantu dalam penyediaan laporan kewangan bulanan, suku tahunan dan tahunan untuk tujuan pengurusan dan audit.
• Mengurus dan memproses baucar bayaran, tuntutan serta pembayaran kepada pembekal, kontraktor dan kakitangan mengikut prosedur kewangan yang ditetapkan.

About the role

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for selling and leasing residential properties in the vibrant Kuala Lumpur area. What you'll be doing

1. Proactively prospecting for new clients and building a pipeline of sales leads
2. Conducting property viewings and site tours to showcase our premium residential listings
3. Negotiating sales contracts and lease agreements on behalf of clients
4. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in real estate sales or a related sales role
