Reporting To Assembly Leader

Position Summary

• The Production Control Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all production scheduling, material control, and project progress activities for semiconductor cleaning equipment assembly projects.
• This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth assembly operations, on-time delivery, and efficient resource utilization while meeting quality, cost, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Scheduling

Position Summary

The Assembly Project Leader is the overall Malaysia-side person-in-charge for the semiconductor cleaning equipment assembly project

This position is responsible for leading and managing the entire assembly project operation, including production planning, assembly execution, procurement coordination, shipment control, cost management, and project profitability improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overall Project Management

• 卓越的分析和解決問題的能力。
• 注重細節，具有高度的誠信與責任感。
• 能夠同時處理多項任務，並有效安排優先順序。
• 良好的書面和口頭溝通能力，能夠與跨職能團隊協調合作。

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor Accounts Payables and Receivables.
• Check on Purchase Invoices and Purchase data entry.
• Checking on staff claims.
• Stock check and count
• Checking sales order and prepare Invoices.

Requirement:

• Diploma and above
• Experience: 1-2 years related experience, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration

Job Knowledge / Skill:

• Experience with account software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, able to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
