Tanggungjawab Utama:
Operasi E-Dagang
Rancang dan laksanakan strategi pasaran yang berkesan merentasi Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop dan platform lain.
Urus dan optimumkan penyenaraian produk, harga dan aktiviti promosi untuk meningkatkan keterlihatan, penukaran dan jualan.
Menyelaras pengurusan inventori, pemprosesan pesanan dan logistik untuk memastikan operasi yang lancar dan kecekapan kos.
Pantau kesihatan kedai dan selesaikan isu penyenaraian termasuk penggantungan, produk yang disekat dan ralat katalog.
Pemasaran & Automasi Prestasi
Rancang dan laksanakan kempen pemasaran digital dengan tumpuan kepada SEO, SEM dan pengiklanan kata kunci untuk meningkatkan kedudukan dan jualan produk.
Analisis prestasi kempen (ROAS, CTR, CPC) dan perhalusi strategi pemasaran dengan sewajarnya.
Manfaatkan alatan berasaskan AI (contohnya, chatbot, automasi WhatsApp) untuk meningkatkan penglibatan pelanggan dan nilai seumur hidup.
Pemasaran CRM & Kitaran Hayat
Bangunkan dan uruskan strategi CRM menggunakan alatan seperti FunnelKit, WordPress dan automasi WhatsApp.

Pastikan konsistensi dalam penjenamaan dan nada merentasi semua titik sentuhan pelanggan.
Keperluan:
Minimum 3–5 tahun pengalaman dalam pemasaran digital, e-dagang atau peruncitan dalam talian.
Pengalaman langsung dengan Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop dan platform e-dagang yang lain.
Biasa dengan SEO/SEM, Google Ads, alat penyelidikan kata kunci dan papan pemuka analitik pasaran.
Pengalaman dengan alat CRM, automasi WhatsApp, WordPress atau platform automasi pemasaran yang setara.
Mahir dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia, calon yang boleh berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Mandarin akan menjadi satu kelebihan tambahan.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing online marketplaces, executing AI-powered marketing strategies, and enhancing customer journeys through CRM and marketing automation. You will be responsible for driving digital growth through B2B and B2C initiatives, managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, and optimizing performance across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Operations
Plan and execute effective marketplace strategies across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities to increase visibility, conversions, and sales.
Coordinate inventory management, order processing, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and cost efficiency.
Monitor store health and resolve listing issues including suspensions, blocked products, and catalog errors.
Performance Marketing & Automation
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with a focus on SEO, SEM, and keyword advertising to boost product ranking and sales.
Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., chatbots, WhatsApp automation) to enhance customer engagement and lifetime value.
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
Develop and manage CRM strategies using tools like FunnelKit, WordPress, and WhatsApp automation.
Design and implement end-to-end lifecycle marketing journeys for customer retention and upselling.
Monitor user behavior and segment audiences for personalized experiences and remarketing campaigns.
Content & Branding
Create compelling, visually engaging content including mockups, copywriting, and video promotions.
Plan and execute campaign strategies around major sales events (11.11, 12.12, festive periods).
Ensure consistency in branding and tone across all customer touchpoints.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or online retail.
Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
Familiar with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, keyword research tools, and marketplace analytics dashboards.
Experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp automation, WordPress, or equivalent marketing automation platforms.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Strong data analysis skills with a problem-solving mindset.

REQUIREMENTS:
Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Have comprehensive understanding of financial services functions and general accounting knowledge and experience.
Minimum 2 years working experience with financial accounting.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL Accounting system etc.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Waynum Hardware Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Account Assistant to join our team in Pasir Gudang Johor. This full-time position will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting support to ensure the smooth and accurate financial management of the company.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and projections
Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
What we're looking for
Fresh Graduate / Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting assistant role, preferably in the hardware or retail industry
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
