This role operates with limited supervision, demonstrating a high level of technical expertise and independent judgment in the development of coordinated BIM models and construction documentation.

Provides technical leadership, supports project delivery, and contributes to BIM capability development within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and manages detailed 3D BIM models for Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements.

• Produces fully coordinated construction drawings, layouts, and schematics aligned with project standards and specifications.

• Provides direct project delivery support, ensuring outputs meet quality, timeline, and client expectations.

• Ensures compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Development (LOD), and project-specific standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy.
• Manage project budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
