• Support the design, execution, and documentation of compliance monitoring reviews and thematic testing across all regulated jurisdictions.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fund Operations Analyst to support fund accounting, trade operations, investor servicing, and risk & compliance. You will collaborate with fund administrators, prime brokers, custodians, and investment teams to ensure accurate NAV reporting, smooth trade settlements, and strong operational controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform NAV calculations, P&L reconciliation, and fee/expense allocations; support month-end and year-end close.
• Monitor trade settlements, reconcile positions/cash with Prime Brokers, and manage corporate actions and FX hedging.
• Liaise with Transfer Agents and fund administrators on subscriptions, redemptions, and investor reporting.
• Support portfolio compliance, regulatory filings, audits, and internal control documentation.
• Maintain and improve operational tools and workflows; support ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in hedge fund operations, fund accounting, or buy-side operations.
• Strong knowledge of NAV processes, trade/position/cash reconciliations, and fund flows.
• Familiarity with Prime Brokers, custodians, and fund administrators; Japanese equity market exposure is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excel proficiency; Python, SQL, or VBA experience is a bonus.

Requirements

·      Degree holder in Finance related field

·      Strong understanding of risk analysis in Payment Technology

·      Min 4 – 8 years of relevant working experience in Fintech or Financial Services industries

·      Strong analytical skills
