About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Information Technology Support Manager to lead the development, deployment, and support of Oracle OSM-based solutions within telecom OSS/BSS environments. This role is critical in ensuring stable operations, high-quality delivery, and continuous improvement of order management systems in complex enterprise landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead development, enhancement, and support of Oracle OSM solutions aligned with business requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain OSM cartridges using OSM 7.4.x
• Drive troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution across production and non-production environments
• Manage deployment activities, including release planning, version control, and environment promotion
• Implement and maintain automation plugins using XQuery and Java
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across OSS/BSS systems
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and support teams
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of solutions
Required Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Oracle OSM development and OSS/BSS concepts
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining OSM cartridges (OSM 7.4.x)
• Proficiency in Oracle Communications Design Studio
• Experience in automation plugin development using XQuery and Java
• Hands-on experience in deployment, release management, and production support
• Good understanding of PSR Model and Order Transformation Manager
• Knowledge of WebLogic administration and OSM installation
• Experience with version control, branching, and release management processes
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Domain knowledge in broadband and dark fibre technologies
• Knowledge of cartridge versioning and lifecycle management
• Understanding of message flows across systems and integration patterns within OSM
• Experience in scripting for build and deployment automation
• Leadership experience with team coordination in delivery environments
