KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

3.      Infrastructure, Network & Security Management

·       Oversee company LAN/WAN infrastructure, network performance, and connectivity.

·       Support HQ and regional teams in managing Global Network Services, Voice and Data Communications, VPN and Remote Access Solutions, Leased Lines and Internet Connectivity and etc.

·       Manage IT infrastructure projects including office relocation, renovation, network cabling, and connectivity setup.

·       Administer and support Servers and backup systems, Email systems (Microsoft 365), Anti-virus and endpoint protection, User accounts and access management, Global IDs and VPN accounts

·       Ensure IT assets, hardware, software, and licenses are properly managed and controlled.

4.      Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance

·       Promote secure and responsible use of information assets across the organization.

·       Develop, implement, and maintain IT Security Policies, Information Security Policies, IT Procedures and Guidelines, License Compliance Controls

·       Manage IT risk initiatives, including Door Access Systems, Website Security, Social Media Administration Tools, Endpoint Security, Backup and Recovery Processes

·       Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements, HQ security guidelines, and corporate governance standards.

·       Coordinate security assessments, vulnerability remediation, and risk mitigation activities.

5.      Project Management& Continuous Improvement

·       Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation through implementation.

·       Work closely with business users, vendors, and HQ IT teams on System upgrades, new application deployments, Change Requests (CR), Process improvements, Infrastructure projects and etc.

·       Evaluate, recommend, and implement hardware, software, subscriptions, and technology solutions.

·       Prepare project proposals, business cases, budgets, and implementation plans.

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects.

6.      Vendor & Stakeholder Management

·       Serve as the primary liaison between local users, HQ IT teams, and external vendors.

·       Coordinate hardware maintenance, software support agreements, and managed service providers.

·       Manage vendor performance, contracts, renewals, quotations, and service delivery.

·       Support contractor offices and warehouse operations with internet connectivity, SAP remote access, and network services.

7.      Budget & Asset Management

·       Prepare and manage annual IT budgets.

8.      User Support &Shared Services

·       Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

·       Minimum 5 - 8years of IT management experience.

Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Project Manager
• Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Mattar)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $12,000 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring all activities are accurately prepared and carried out to meet project objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project progression.
• Develop, review, and submit comprehensive project documentation, including detailed programs, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessments.
• Conduct regular safety and progress meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to maintain high safety and performance standards.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the construction industry, with experience in handling Residential/ HDB/ Hotel projects.
• Must be capable of leading and managing a project team.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and under tight deadlines.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

• Manage network infrastructure capacity delivery programs.
• Solve technical issues involving network port capacity, physical cabling installation, network equipment capacity, project scheduling and logistics.
• Bring technical experts together to communicate and help develop solutions.
• Manage and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams, including external parties and vendors.
• ​Identify process and communications breakdowns, while developing and driving solutions to remedy the issues. Manage process development and optimization initiatives. Create and maintain master schedules, Bill of Materials (BoMs) and related factors.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with process improvement in the telecom or data center infrastructure space.
  

Preferred qualifications

• 3 years of experience in large-scale project management.
• Experience working in complex organizational settings (e.g., shared accountability, geographic dispersion, ambiguity, Program Management Office (PMO), etc.).
• Experience in co-location and large-scale data center operation, network, electrical, industrial, mechanical, or other engineering.
• Familiarity with data center, networking, or telecom.
• Familiarity with supply chain and logistics concepts and knowledge of data networking architectures and physical network components.
• Excellent quantitative, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
