About the role:

SMITECH is seeking an experienced M&E Interface Manager to lead project interfacing and coordination for a major M&E construction and infrastructure project in Singapore.

This role will take charge of all project interface matters across Civil & Structural, Architectural, M&E building services, consultants, subcontractors, client representatives, authorities and other project stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage the interface coordination team to ensure timely resolution of design, construction, authority approval and site coordination issues.

This project role is to be based on site on a 5.5-day work week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all project interface coordination matters across civil, structural, architectural, M&E building services and stakeholder workstreams.
• Establish and maintain the project interface register, coordination matrix, action tracker and issue escalation records.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Science, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of grant documentation reports and correspondence.
• Experience in grant administration, research management or research operations.
• Demonstrated experience in budget preparation, financial tracking for research grants.
