• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee and coordinate ISH & A&A superstructural and architectural finishing works.
• Manage off-site fabrication and delivery of structural components.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, progress, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in contract administration, cost control, claims assessment, and progress payment evaluations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review design drawings, technical submissions, and specifications for compliance and constructability.
• Identify project risks and support the implementation of mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor QA/QC processes to maintain project quality.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and updates for management and stakeholders.
• Support and coordinate project teams to achieve project objectives effectively.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, PE, PMP or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing integrated developments, mixed-use projects, or large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and familiar with BIM process.
