KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Manage IT infrastructure projects including office relocation, renovation, network cabling, and connectivity setup.

4.      Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance

·       Promote secure and responsible use of information assets across the organization.

·       Develop, implement, and maintain IT Security Policies, Information Security Policies, IT Procedures and Guidelines, License Compliance Controls

·       Manage IT risk initiatives, including Door Access Systems, Website Security, Social Media Administration Tools, Endpoint Security, Backup and Recovery Processes

·       Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements, HQ security guidelines, and corporate governance standards.

·       Coordinate security assessments, vulnerability remediation, and risk mitigation activities.

5.      Project Management& Continuous Improvement

·       Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation through implementation.

·       Work closely with business users, vendors, and HQ IT teams on System upgrades, new application deployments, Change Requests (CR), Process improvements, Infrastructure projects and etc.

·       Evaluate, recommend, and implement hardware, software, subscriptions, and technology solutions.

·       Prepare project proposals, business cases, budgets, and implementation plans.

6.      Vendor & Stakeholder Management

·       Serve as the primary liaison between local users, HQ IT teams, and external vendors.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced clinical monitor to perform the study monitroing in ADVANcing Clinical Evidence in Infectious Diseases Network (ADVANCE ID). ADVANCE ID is jointly funded by the Wellcome Trust and Singapore institutions including the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. The vision of the Network is to improve public health by developing the clinical evidence base for the prevention and treatment of drug-resistant infections. Its mission is to build and sustain a strategic clinical research network focussed on most efficiently delivering locally relevant interventions for drug-resistant infections.

The Network aims to improve and strengthen clinical research capabilities in the region by acting as a platform to develop good principles and practices. It will stabilise capacity and capabilities to mitigate inefficiencies in trial start-up phase and loss of skillset following study closure, as in typical trial setup. The Network will continuously develop its capabilities, quality and efficiency by learning from and collaborating with other clinical trial networks.

In the long term, the Network aims to support broader infectious disease studies by expanding geographically beyond its original starting point in South East Asia and collaborating with other networks around the world. It will function as an active network that involves patients in platform trials, allowing for rapid clinical research response in the event of an emerging infectious disease or pandemic threat.
The monitor should be able to supervise study sites and activities to ensure adherence to appropriate study protocols and applicable regulatory requirementterms of the study.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Conduct qualification visits (QV), site initiation visits (SIV), monitoring visits (MV) and termination visits (TV) at assigned clinical sites and generate visit reports.
• Monitor the progress of clinical study sites participating in a clinical study, and to assure the protocol is followed and data is reported accurately.
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of the reported data, site efficacy and investigational product (IP) management.
• Review the performance of the trial at designated sites, ensure the rights and well-being of human subjects are safeguarded and are in accordance with protocol.

Role Overview

The Technical Manager is responsible for leading the design, deployment, and management of enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms. This role drives the adoption of cloud engineering and security best practices to address evolving business requirements and mitigate technology risks. You will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of cloud solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and strategic technology objectives.

The role also provides technical leadership across both Day 1 (deployment and migration) and Day 2 (operations and optimization) cloud activities, ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable cloud environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud architectures, security controls, and governance frameworks in accordance with enterprise security and compliance standards.

• Evaluate and implement new cloud-native services, tools, and deployment models to enhance scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency.

• Recommend cloud technologies, services, and best practices to improve overall system architecture and business capabilities.

• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards for AWS and Azure environments.

• Lead the implementation of enterprise cloud solutions and enhancements across Day 1 deployment and Day 2 operational activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud deployments, migrations, integrations, and production environments.

• Drive infrastructure automation through Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud monitoring solutions to improve efficiency and consistency.

• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, availability, security, and costs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of cloud platforms, services, and automation frameworks.

• Develop and execute disaster recovery exercises, failover testing, and resilience simulations for mission-critical cloud workloads.

• Lead incident response efforts, resolve performance bottlenecks, and provide guidance on cloud operational challenges.

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices for enterprise-scale environments.

• Proven hands-on experience with AWS and Azure across the full cloud lifecycle, including:

o Day 1: Architecture design, deployment, configuration, and migration.

o Day 2: Operations, monitoring, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and incident management.

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and workflow orchestration is an advantage.

• Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud environments; exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, Agile, and DevOps teams.

• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex cloud architecture and operational challenges.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the enterprise data hub, aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Manage the data hub as a product platform, balancing the needs of data producers, users, analytics, and AI use cases.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and testing, and analyse data and feedback to identify problems and guide product decisions.
• Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and manage risks across the product lifecycle, including data, security, AI, and operations.
• Prioritise and maintain the product backlog to deliver high-impact data and AI features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, project teams, data owners, and policy teams, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Plan and support product launches, monitor performance, and improve based on results.
• Define success metrics, data requirements, and reporting methods to track outcomes.
• Work with data owners to ensure data quality, governance, access control, and proper usage.
• Identify and assess AI opportunities, evaluate feasibility and risks, and translate them into clear use cases.
• Ensure AI features are practical for daily use, including monitoring performance and supporting adoption through training and communication.
