Basic up to $4,000 + AWS bonus + Variable Bonus
Job responsibilities:
Participate in Sputter process in production lines to achieve higher density capacity/parameter
in order to meet customers’ requirement. Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Ensure the sputtering machine is tuned to achieve higher capacity .
- Adjust the sputtering parameter to maintain high-quality output and minimizing defects.
- After Machine PM & changed material,perform conditioning to achieve guzik and start Mass production ASAP.
- Regularly monitor and maintain the sputtering equipment to ensure it remains in optimal condition.
- Optimize the sputtering process to maximize the efficient use of materials and reducing waste.
- Work closely with teams from different departments to ensure smooth operations and address any cross-functional issues.
- Analyze data from the sputtering process to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Base on data analysis ,make precise adjustments to the sputtering machine to enhance performance and quality.
- Implement a continuous improvement approach to keep refining the sputtering process and achieve better results over time.
- Any other job assigned by superior.
Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Material Science/Chemistry
- Experience in manufacturing process related role
-Understanding of Sputtering technology
-Good knowledge of Minitab
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
