Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and engineering industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Main Contractors, Developers, Consultants, Subcontractors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Source and follow up on tender invitations, requests for quotations (RFQs), and project opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Promote the company's construction services, manpower supply services, and project capabilities to potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to understand customer requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contract conditions with clients.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Achieve business growth targets and contribute to the company's revenue and profitability.
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of business development, sales, or tendering experience in the construction industry.
• Familiar with construction tender processes, quotations, and project procurement practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Existing network with Main Contractors, Developers, Consultants, or Construction Industry Stakeholders will be an advantage.
• Experience in manpower supply, civil engineering, building construction, or general construction services preferred.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
