Responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders to gather business requirements, operational needs, and project objectives
• Plan and manage project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, automation engineers, QA, and operations
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
• Lead user training sessions and oversee UAT, SIT, and go-live support
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and client presentations
• Facilitate client meetings and provide advisory on WMS and healthcare automation solutions
• Support post-implementation activities, including handover and user training
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Min 2 years of experience in project management or consulting
• Strong capabilities in project planning, execution, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently
• Proficient in documentation, reporting, and presentation
