We are looking for a competent and proactive IT Executive - Application Support to support and manage business software applications across the organization. This role focuses on application support, system maintenance, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable and efficient software operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing application support to resolve software bugs, performance issues, or user errors.
• Performing routine maintenance, managing configurations, and monitoring application health
• Primary point of contact for users, offering guidance, and resolving usability issues.
• Conducting requirement study and do testing for new functionality.
• Working with Developer teams for root cause analysis of complex incidents. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in software application support, application administration, or a similar role.
• Knowledge on ERP and CRM (added advantage)
• Strong understanding of software applications, operating systems, and general IT environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle frustrated users and explain technical issues.
• Basic knowledge of databases, application troubleshooting, and system workflows is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and commonly used enterprise or business applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with good communication and user-support abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide quick, effective solutions.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering or equivalent. Loyalty. Willing to learn new things and improve skills level.
• Able to repair in Hydraulic and Pneumatic Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Have good equipment troubleshooting skills. Able to write reports and procedures.
• Able to carry out service, overhaul and repair of air compressor.
• Willing to work on OT and stand by.
• Able to work with minimum supervision Base in Ipoh.

Brief of job descriptions :

• Day to day maintenance activities.
• To perform all scheduled Preventive maintenance for all tools diligently. To resolve all equipment interruptions.
• To troubleshoot and repair all tools issue on time.
• To ensure maximum machine availability and minimal downtime.
• To assist engineers in implementation of upgrades, alterations or retrofits to the machines.
• To organize all spare parts, ware par, supplies and tools. Assist engineeris in planning and controlling of costs and spare parts consumption.
• Equipment – to assist in new tools installation and start-up.
• Service experience in air compressor, hydraulic & pneumatic will be priority admission.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Offer service and customer support during field visits.
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and T&C tasks.
• Handle industrial equipment of ( Air compressor/Power generator/Pump/Rotating) in general factory and oil and gas platform.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and recommend proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Abide all company's filed procedures and protocols.
• Work with technical team and share information across the organisation.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customers.

REQUIREMENT:

• Field service experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment (Air Compressor/Pump/Genset)
• Experience in handling industrial engine (Deutz, Kubota, Cummins, CAT) will be an added advantage
• Experience working in oil and gas environment will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
• Proficient with mobile tools and applications.
• Possess at least Diploma/Cert/High School or any relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.

• Analyze data & do market research
• Make cold call & arrange meet up with potential customer
• Update & analyze report of cold call activities
• Prepare sales quotation (New Sales / Renewal)
• Communicate with vendor for best pricing
• Follow-up with customer confirmation on the quotations to close sales
