We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will handle data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Inventory & general ledger and provide support to...

Perform day-to day bookkeeping task such as data entry, invoicing, accounts , bank reconciliations, maintaining ledgers, petty cash reimbursement
Organize and manage accounting documents, including invoices, receipts and payment & collection reports for shops
Assist in preparation of financial reports, ensuring data is up-to-date and properly recorded.
Support in day-to-day accounting operations and with any assigned task
Assist with account reconciliations ,including banks & shops
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the senior accounting team including assisting in financial audits and other projects
Maintain proper filing systems for accounting record to ensure easy retrieval and reference
Assist in month-end closing processes, including posting journal entries, monthly stock report & closing

Requirement

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
1-2 years of experience in accounting role is preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome
Proficient in accounting software SAP and Microsoft Office(Excel & Word)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skill
Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
Good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
