Job Overview

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy technical discussions with engineers, solving manufacturing challenges, and building long-term customer partnerships.

Candidates with experience in automation components, sensors, pneumatics, machine building, or engineering distribution are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and expand business in Johor & Melaka region

• Promote company products including automation components, pneumatic systems, sensors, precision measurement equipment, and engineering solutions

• Provide technical consultation and product recommendations

• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities

• Maintain strong relationships with engineers, purchasing teams, and factory management

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field

• Experience in industrial automation, engineering components, packaging machinery, semiconductor equipment, or manufacturing industry is an advantage

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in technical sales are welcome

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking customers

• Self-motivated, responsible, and result-oriented

• Possess own transport and willing to travel

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management

Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, and company website).
Monitor online sales performance, pricing, stock levels, and promotional campaigns.
Process online orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely fulfilment.
Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews professionally.

Marketing

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Create marketing content for social media, e-commerce platforms, and promotional materials.
Support promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
Track and analyze marketing results and prepare simple reports.

Operations Coordination

Liaise closely with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment when required.
Handle and resolve order-related issues efficiently.

Customer Service

Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and e-commerce chat platforms.
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong customer relationships and enhance brand loyalty.

Who We Are Looking For:

Able to speak and write Mandarin and English. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce, marketing, or customer service.
Familiar with e-commerce platforms and social media marketing.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
