Customer Development Team on the resolution of customer claims in a timely manner.

What you will do:

● Validation of actual promotional claims, ensuring proof of performance is adequate & proper

documentation of the review,

● Coordination with Customer Development & AR for deductions and/or customer claim issues.

● Complete SOX testing requirements

● Reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement G/L accounts

● Complies with all policies and standards to ensure internal controls & compliance

● Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

● Bachelor's Degree Accounting/Finance or professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/CPA)

● Minimum one year of work experience in Accounting or Finance

● Capable of delivering high quality and accurate work while respecting short lead times

● Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder group

● Experience in SAP will be an added advantage

● Proven ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts

● Good communication, presentation skills and business acumen in English

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
