With a capacity of around 430 beds, Peacehaven Nursing Home provides compassionate, individualized, holistic care to all without discrimination. We offer a comprehensive gamut of services to care for the sick, frail and elderly who have physical or mental disabilities with minimal or no appropriate caregiver support at home.

The Home has 14 separate Resident Living Areas (RLAs), each designed as an individual home-like environment. Hope RLA is specially designed to meet the needs of relatively independent residents with dementia.

• Conduct initial assessments and regular reviews in accordance with clinical guidelines.

Peacehaven Day Centres

3 Day Centres Across the Community Physiotherapists support clients through engaging physical and cognitive programmes aimed at maintaining functional abilities for independent living. Working with therapy aides, you will plan and supervise exercises and activities tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct initial assessments for new admissions.
• Perform 6monthly care plan reviews and programme evaluations.

Peacehaven Nursing Home

Capacity: 430 beds Peacehaven Nursing Home provides compassionate, individualized, and holistic care to residents with physical or cognitive impairments who lack appropriate caregiver support at home. Physiotherapists work within a multidisciplinary team to help residents maintain their functional abilities as much as possible.

Key Responsibilities - Nursing Home

• Conduct assessments for new residents.
• Carry out 6monthly reviews and updates to care plans.
• Conduct, prescribe and supervise multi diagnosis therapy programmes for individuals and groups.
• Develop series of physical enhancing exercises to maintain residents' wellbeing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure in-house technicians and any contractors have met the workplace, safety & health and fire safety regulations upon carrying out any rectification or replacement work.
• Take charge of incidents during incipient stages before the arrival of appointed person.
• Familiarise with all emergency response, incident & crisis management and business continuity plans and procedures.

Leadership & Team Management

An Assistant Superintendent assists to oversee the operations of residential care facility under the Adults Disability Division. The areas in which the Assistant Superintendent is involved include the supervision of:

Duties and responsibilities

The position of the Assistant Superintendent is a managerial and leadership role. The core role and responsibilities of the Assistant Superintendent include the following:

1. People Management

• Ensure in-house technicians and any contractors have met the workplace, safety & health and fire safety regulations upon carrying out any rectification or replacement work.

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of the Home's daily operations. You are required to ensure the welfare, safety and care of our clients. You will manage and optimise all operations relating to but not exclusive to:

Client Management

• Ensure clients' personal hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
• Ensure the safe custody of clients
• Work closely with the Nursing team, Dietitian and Speech Therapist to ensure clients' dietary needs are met
• Assist in liaising and managing feedback from clients/ clients' Next-of-Kin (NOK)

Building, Equipment and Maintenance

• Assist in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on the Home building and facilities

• Accompany Estate Management staff and contractors and show them around area of work
