We are partnering with a high-growth semiconductor company in the autonomous vehicle space to hire a Supply Chain Manager / Director to support their expanding business.

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations during the mass production phase of semiconductor products. The position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient production ramp-up, stable supply, and on-time delivery as the company scales.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, and delivery
• Manage supply chain activities across the mass production stage of semiconductor products
• Coordinate with key upstream and downstream partners (e.g., foundries, OSATs, logistics providers)
• Drive demand planning, inventory management, and production coordination to ensure supply-demand balance
• Optimize logistics and warehousing processes to improve efficiency and cost control
• Monitor key supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTD, inventory turnover, lead time) and drive continuous improvements
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, sales) to support NPI to mass production ramp
• Identify supply chain risks (capacity, delivery, geopolitical, etc.) and implement mitigation strategies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Prior experience in semiconductor / chip industry, especially supporting mass production
• Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chain flows (wafer fab, assembly & test, fulfillment)
• Hands-on experience in supply planning, inventory management, or logistics optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, covering planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
• Oversee supply chain readiness for mass production, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and components
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including international shipping, customs clearance, and distribution networks

• Proven experience supporting mass production (high-volume manufacturing) environments (NOT R&D/prototyping)
• Strong background in logistics and international supply chain operations
• Experience managing complex, multi-country supply chains and cross-border transportation
• Familiarity with semiconductor supply chain dynamics (e.g., wafers, packaging, testing, etc.) is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics (Supply Chain and Warehousing) Director / Senior Manager to lead our Supply Chain and Warehousing division, supporting the operational and commercial needs of the Gain City group of companies.

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end warehousing and delivery operations, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Beyond leading and optimising our warehousing operations, you will lead the adoption of technology to enhance operational performance and support business growth. You will play a critical part in driving process improvements, optimising resource utilisation, scaling operations and ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, order fulfilment and space utilisation
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing logistics and warehousing operations team
• Develop and implement warehousing strategies aligned with operational goals and customer service standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and third-party logistics partners to ensure smooth collaboration
• Establish and analyse clear KPIs to evaluate logistics effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and ensure
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, e-commerce, customer service and finance teams to align operations with broader business goals
• Ensure full compliance with government regulations, safety standards and internal SOPs

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, fleet management and vehicle leasing, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of third-party logistics and warehouse operations
• Proficient in automated warehousing solutions such as WMS, WES and ERP systems
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Familiarity with automated warehousing IT infrastructure, international trade and contract management is a plus
• Experience in fast-paced industries such as manufacturing, retail or e-commerce is a plus
