ACMV Engineer (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Engineer)

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm
Salary: $ 3,800 - $ 5,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and planning of ACMV and MV systems
• Preparing and submitting tenders (Tender Costing)
• Conducting site surveys and managing the construction site (Site Management)
• Familiar with and arranging ACMV related services
• Assisting in the procurement of engineering equipment and materials (Procurement)
• Supervising on-site installation work to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Assisting in testing and commissioning (T & C) Commissioning) Assisting with system troubleshooting and problem solving
   

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering-related experience (Mechanical, Electrical or construction services preferred)
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards preferred

Jobscope:

• Prepare and maintain the production schedule to support customer delivery timelines.
• Coordinate production activities across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure materials and components are available before production starts.
• Review Bills of Materials (BOM) and production capacity to support planning activities.
• Support implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and update production plans accordingly.
• Monitor production progress and help resolve delays or bottlenecks.
• Update schedules when there are changes or supply issues.
• Prepare regular reports and track basic performance indicators such as production progress versus plan

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree and above in Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering
• 2 – 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning, production planning, or supply chain planning
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
