In this pivotal role, you will oversee the successful delivery of Proforest’s Responsible Sourcing and Production portfolio, working on projects driving meaningful change across the sector, whilst inspiring and supporting a high-performing team. In collaboration with the SEA Director and other senior managers, you will also lead the development and implementation of portfolio.   

In this role, you will:  

• Lead and grow Proforest’s Responsible Sourcing & Production portfolio across Southeast Asia  

• Deliver high-impact projects with companies, financial institutions and other partners to advance sustainable supply chains and responsible finance  

• Oversee portfolio planning, team resourcing, budgets and delivery quality  

• Build strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, donors and strategic partners  

• Drive innovation in Proforest’s services, approaches and thought leadership  

• Monitor sustainability, policy and market developments to identify emerging opportunities and risks  

• Represent Proforest at regional and international events, forums and industry initiatives  

• Support business development, partnerships and organisational strategy  

• Lead, coach and develop a collaborative, high-performing team
