JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide daily sales and administrative support to the outdoor sales team.
• Prepare documentations such as quotation, purchase order, packing list, delivery order and invoice。
• Responsible for handling customer inquiries and coordinating customer orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams for inquiry handling and order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing lists, and sales documentation in the system.
• Track and monitor sales orders from confirmation to completion, and provide regular updates to sales team and customers.
