About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector with hands-on experience in CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and precision inspection. This role is critical in ensuring that all components and products meet stringent quality and regulatory standards across the manufacturing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and functional inspections (First Article, Incoming, In-Process, Outgoing) using CMM and other metrology tools
• Ensure all inspection equipment complies with calibration and preventive maintenance requirements
• Accurately record and maintain inspection and quality data in accordance with document control procedures
• Initiate and manage non-conformance reports (NCR) and ensure proper segregation of defective parts
• Maintain product identification, traceability, and inspection status throughout production
• Support calibration activities by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Assist in preparing monthly calibration and preventive maintenance reports
• Monitor equipment compliance and escalate issues related to calibration or maintenance

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrical Quality Assurance (QA) Technician for inspecting, testing, and verifying that electrical switchboards, panels, and associated components meet design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements before they are shipped to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• In-Process Inspection: Perform inspections during the assembly of the switchboard, verifying proper installation of components, wiring, and adherence to electrical schematics.
• Final Inspection and Testing (FAT): Conduct final, detailed visual inspections, functional tests (e.g., operational checks of breakers, lights, and meters), and dielectric strength (high-pot, Mega, PI, SI, Injection Test) testing to ensure the switchboard is ready for service.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create, maintain, and update inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformity reports.
• Collaboration: Liaise with production, engineering, and sales teams to resolve quality issues and support project timelines.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, CAD drawings, and schematics.
• Tools: Proficient in using hand tools, precision measuring tools, and electrical testing equipment.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills for troubleshooting, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform and coordinate production module testing activities, ensuring accurate and complete test documentation.

•Perform production kitting activities, ensuring parts availability, correctness, and accuracy.

•Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) and support Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.

•Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Purchasing, Stores, Production) to ensure timely material availability.

•Support additional test activities, including bake-out, vibration testing and mechanical parts fit-check.

Requirements

•Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic.

•Experience in electronics production, including BOM handling, kitting, and product testing.

•Experience in material purchasing activities such as raising PRs, RFQs, and liaising with suppliers.

•Basic proficiency in spoken and written English to ensure clear communication and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

•Equipped with basic computer literacy, including the ability to use email and standard Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), to support day-to-day operational activities.

• Must be meticulous and detail-oriented in all tasks.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
