In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with ERF, Edutrust and ATO requirements; conducting audits and enhancing quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards in education and student protection.

Key Responsibilities:

Under ERF, you are required to maintain updates and records are proper for the following:

• Registration of PEI
• Approval changes of PEI names
• Approval for changes to premises
• Notification on changes to managers
• Notification on changes in memebership of Academic and Examination Board

Requirements

• Minimally Diploma qualification in hospitality, mass communication, logistics or equivalent

• Strong communication skills with Chinese client and good written English skills

• Prior client management experience is required

• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in customer facing & handling large volume of document . Client and project management experience is a plus

• No prior immigration experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.

• Good time management skills & must be able to handle a high volume of digital documents

• Ability to plan workload and meet deadlines
