Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in QLASSIC (CIS7:2021) and BuildQAS strategic implementation
• Implement the QA/QC management system at site in accordance to ISO9001 together with the Quality Manager and also in preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors’ and vendors’ non destructive testing on site
• Formulate micro work schedule and construction programmes in accordance with the project requirements and specifications.
• Identify trades and able to execute works sequential order to ensure compliance with the required quality with Architecture and M&E departments
• Coordinate with the Client’s representative on all quality matters
• Participate in the site internal and external site audits
• Formulate and coordinate all the quality site inspections for every stages of work namely; progress, PDI, CPC, CCC, DLP and CMGD
• Ensure all Quality Documentation is compiled and complete for Quality Records from inception of project to completion of project including as-builts, O&M and Warranties.
• Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action with site team
• Monitor the implementation of the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Coordinate with the (site) Head of Project, Construction Manager, Architecture Manager and M&E Manager on all quality issues including all works Method Statements.
• Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel
• Elaborating inspection and test programs (ITP)
• Assure all technical documents related to site quality control are to the current status

Job Description

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Executive to lead our internal quality operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, utility and performance of all products comply with ISO standard. You’ll work closely with various departments and will involve with strategic planning, monitoring quality performance and maintaining compliance with certified quality systems.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for internal quality function by effective planning, directing, controlling and following through product quality performance.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Computer literate with good command of written and spoken English, preferable with knowledge of Chinese language.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years working experience in manufacturing or industrial filed, with solid hands-on experiences in Quality Management System.
• Able to perform statistical tools such as Six Sigma, SPC, QC Tools and other statistical tools in order to improve the productivity and efficiency of overall plant operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of people often in complex and difficult situations.

Job Summary & Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring that all products and manufacturing processes meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. The role supports the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), conducts inspections and audits, and works closely with production teams to drive continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Management System (QMS)

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS). 2. Product & Process Quality Control

• Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality output. Identify defects, non-conformities, and deviations from standards

3. Issue Management & Continuous Improvement

• Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis. Implement corrective and preventive actions. Work with production teams to improve processes and reduce defects. Analyse quality data and prepare reports for improvement actions

4. Audits & Compliance

• Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits. Ensure compliance with standards. Maintain proper documentation and audit records

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and traceability documentation. Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and analysis for management review. Ensure proper documentation of non-conformance and corrective actions

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams. Provide quality-related training and guidance to operators. Support new product introduction and process validation

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for QA and shop‑floor operations
• Assist with basic inventory tracking and stock counts of standard parts
• Support issuing, receiving, and preparation of parts for production
• Prepare parts and documents for QC inspection activities
• Update and file QA/QC records, inspection reports, and checklists
• Assist with daily production and inspection support as needed
