Requirements

• Shall have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 15–20 years of mechanical engineering experience in oil & gas, energy, or offshore EPC/EPIC/EPCM projects, with direct involvement in procurement quality and manufacturing execution
• At least 8–10 years of hands-on experience in procurement QA/QC, including vendor qualification, RFQ technical review, TBE clarification, manufacturing surveillance, FAT, and final inspection activities
• Proven experience supporting FEED, EPIC, EPCM, brownfield, and offshore projects, with exposure across design, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning phases
• Prior experience supporting Middle East–based projects, including vendor manufacturing oversight, including coordination with third party inspection agencies across multiple countries
