• Proficiency in setting up and documenting A/B tests (audiences, creatives, landing pages)
• Strong working knowledge of at least one reporting/dashboard tool (Google Looker Studio, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar)

• Experience with paid search (Google and/or Microsoft Ads) in addition to paid social
• Familiarity with DTC or e-commerce brands, particularly in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty
• Exposure to attribution modelling and understanding its limitations in a multi-channel environment
• Experience using ad intelligence tools such as Meta Ad Library, Minea, or BigSpy for competitor research
• Basic understanding of landing page performance and CRO principles
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification

Our client is a leading global technology company with a strong presence in digital platforms, innovation, and large-scale software systems. They are currently seeking a Creative Director with a strong copywriting foundation to lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, video, and brand platforms.

This is a contract role ending on 31 Dec 2026.

Responsibilities

• Lead the concept development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, video, and experiential platforms.
• Develop strategic creative concepts informed by audience insights, market trends, and performance data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality, globally scalable campaigns.
• Provide creative direction and oversight throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
• Partner with marketing, analytics, and media teams to optimize creative performance through testing, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies that resonate with diverse global audiences.
• Champion innovation, emerging technologies, and new creative formats to enhance brand engagement and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Creative Direction within an agency or in-house environment.
• Proven background as a Copywriter prior to progressing into Creative Director roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, brand, and performance marketing channels.
• Excellent proficiency in English is required to manage global campaigns. Additionally, as this role involves direct and frequent collaboration with regional teams in India, working knowledge of business-level Hindi is highly preferred to effectively liaise with these stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong Art Director foundation with demonstrated expertise in digital and social-first creative.
• Proven experience leading integrated consumer marketing campaigns across multiple media channels.
• Experience managing agency relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, creative testing, and data-driven optimization.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience working across international markets and localized campaigns.

• Experience working with emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, gaming, immersive experiences, or other next-generation digital platforms.
