Working directly with the Founder, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the firm's brand presence, expanding industry visibility, and positioning leadership as a recognized voice within the venture capital and innovation ecosystem.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic communications and brand-building professional who understands how to translate expertise into influence. This role goes beyond social media management and content creation—it focuses on thought leadership, executive branding, media engagement, and strategic content distribution.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional storytelling skills with experience growing executive and company brands within technology, venture capital, innovation, or startup ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Branding & Thought Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive personal branding strategy for the Founder.
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn presence to increase visibility, engagement, and industry influence.
• Identify opportunities to position leadership as a thought leader through content, events, and strategic partnerships.

Content Strategy & Distribution

• Create and manage a content distribution strategy across relevant channels.
• Repurpose insights, events, presentations, and industry perspectives into engaging content formats.
• Support the expansion of digital content initiatives, including potential video and podcast channels.

Public Relations & Media Engagement

• Build and nurture relationships with journalists, media outlets, podcast hosts, and industry publications.
• Identify and secure speaking opportunities, interviews, guest articles, and media placements.
• Support external communications that strengthen brand awareness and credibility.

Brand & Narrative Development

• Shape and maintain a consistent brand narrative aligned with the firm's mission and investment thesis.
• Develop messaging frameworks that communicate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to increase visibility within the venture capital, startup, and innovation communities.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media strategy, executive branding, public relations, or communications.
• Demonstrated success growing personal or corporate brands through thought leadership initiatives.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform for professional influence and audience growth.
• Experience managing media relationships and securing earned media opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

The Virtual Production Producer will oversee and manage Virtual Production (VP) projects from initial concept development through final delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between creative, production, and technical teams.

Pre-Production

• Review scripts, storyboards, and client briefs to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and production milestones.
• Develop and manage virtual production workflows, ensuring alignment between creative vision and technical feasibility.
• Present virtual production solutions, methodologies, and workflows to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates throughout the production lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with directors, producers, VFX supervisors, VP supervisors, and technical teams to ensure production readiness.
• Plan and allocate internal resources, including crew, artists, and technical personnel.
• Oversee virtual asset creation, environment development, and content delivery schedules.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure all virtual production elements are tested, validated, and prepared prior to principal photography.

Production

• Lead day-to-day virtual production operations during shoots.
• Collaborate with the Brain Bar and VP technical teams to ensure virtual assets, environments, and real-time systems perform as intended.
• Maintain clear communication between creative, production, and technical departments throughout filming.
• Monitor production workflows and resolve operational issues in real time.
• Advise production teams on Virtual Production best practices and recommend solutions when workflows deviate from approved plans.
• Ensure smooth execution of VP shoots and successful handover of deliverables for post-production.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management, Producing, or Production Management within film, television, commercials, or media productions.
• Experience managing narrative film projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and project coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage several projects concurrently.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Experience in Virtual Production, VFX, animation, game engine workflows, or technology-driven production environments is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas for production work, including assignments in Iskandar Malaysia and other regional locations.

Requirements
