We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead and expand MOG’s Brand Partnership & CSR initiatives. You will play a vital part in positioning MOG as a lifelong vision care partner through meaningful outreach programs across schools, hospitals, medical centres, community networks and other consumer brands.

You shall be a creative thinker and master coordinator with proven experience in campaign ideation, external collaboration, and event execution—who can work independently while upholding our brand values and ensuring strategic alignment.

You will also play a pivotal role in driving MOG's brand / product development. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand and product strategies for our exclusive brands that resonate with the right product target audience and drive product brand awareness, build brand prestige and enhance overall product sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute partnerships and CSR roadmaps aligned with brand goals and national health/education priorities.
• Propose impactful programs tailored for different life stages (children, teens, working adults, seniors).
• Develop and maintain brand collaterals (product shots, videos, CI, social content, merchandise).
• Plan and execute complete marketing strategies, brand campaigns, and tactical activities.
• Monitor partnership performance to improve campaigns, automation, segmentation, and channel reach.
• Support branding projects through cross-collaboration, influencer engagements, and event-related content creation.
• Build and expand partnerships with schools, hospitals/clinics, NGOs, communities, and corporate organisations.
• Represent MOG in proposals, negotiations, and collaboration meetings.
• Lead events and programs from planning to on-ground execution as the main project driver.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, retail) to ensure seamless and brand-accurate implementation.
• Prepare post-event assessments, documentation, and improvement reports.
• Consolidate engagement data and ROI insights to recommend future enhancements.
• Manage budgets, monitor spending, and propose cost-efficient solutions.
• Ensure all engagements follow corporate governance, compliance, and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in brand development, corporate communications, partnership strategy & development, and / or community events.
• Prior exposure to the healthcare, education, or consumer brand sector is an added advantage.
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Confident presenter, able to speak to high-level stakeholders (school principals, hospital leaders, etc.).
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong team player who collaborates effectively across departments.

Job Responsibilities

 1.     To ensure printing quality are meet expectation.

2.     To ensure the machine are functioning properly, to minimize the machine down time and to increase the machine revenue.

3.     To ensure printing operation are run smoothly.

4.     To ensure setting on substrate are correctly.

5.     To ensure Rubber Roller, Anilox Roller & Doctor Blade are in good condition before upload to press.

6.     To ensure color, size & alignment are matching with artwork.

7.     Assist Machine Leader to troubleshoot & verify issue by using Print Care Diagnostics Mode

8.     Assist Machine Leader to perform First Transfer & Color Calibration.

9.     Assist Machine Leader to perform Tester Pen on corona treatment to ensure the treatment are meet requirement.

10. Assist Machine Leader to perform Indicator on primer treatment to ensure the treatment are meet requirement.

11. Assist Machine Leader to perform Maintenance Work.

12. Assist Machine Leader to report the major repairing outstanding issues to Superior.

Requirement

 1.  Minimum SPM level & experience 2 years in digital printing or offset printing industry will be an added advantage.

2.  Ability to work long hours and shift work.

3.  Possess good communication and people skills.

4.  Proficient with Microsoft office package such as Word, Excel and Power Point.

5.  Proficient in computerizing skill and email communication skill (In English).

6.  Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

7.  Self-starter, versatile and able to work cross-functionally.

8.  Knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and 5S management system is an added advantage.

PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION

The Event & Casual Leasing function drives footfall, commercial vibrancy, and short-term leasing revenue by optimising promotional spaces, event areas, and advertising panels within the mall. The function supports overall business performance by enhancing customer experience, increasing tenant sales opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence in line with MyTOWN commercial strategy.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible

• Source and secure short-term tenants for promotional spaces, push carts, storage space and common areas.
• Attend to enquiries and manage bookings for advertising panels and promotional spaces.
• Prepare proposals, booking forms, and related leasing documentation in accordance with SOP.
• Coordinate event setup and dismantling in compliance with approved demarcation plans.
• Ensure event spaces are presentable, safe, and operationally ready.
• Monitor rental billing and follow up on collection of promotional space rentals.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of leasing documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and event organizers.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with mall guidelines.
• Identify and execute leasing opportunities aligned with peak trading activities

Sweat Pants Agency is a performance marketing agency and the ONLY agency behind multiple INC #1 fast-growing brands. We create, test, and scale ads across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and other paid social platforms.

We are looking for a Performance Creative Video Editor, Paid Social who can turn raw UGC, talking-head footage, product clips, client assets, AI-generated b-roll, and social references into engaging, platform-native ads.

Most of our creative is built for Meta, so this role is ideal for someone who understands paid social ads, direct response creative, UGC-style editing, short-form hooks, and fast creative iteration.

This is not just a “make it look nice” editing role. We are looking for someone who understands the difference between a beautiful edit and an effective ad.

You should be able to look at a video and think:

“Where would someone drop off?”
“How do we make the hook stronger?”
“Does this feel native to the platform?”
“Does the edit support the angle?”
“Is this persuasive from a consumer’s perspective?”

You will work closely with creative strategists, media buyers, and creative directors to edit paid social ads for ecommerce brands. The ideal candidate has strong instincts around hooks, pacing, retention, direct response structure, captions, audio, b-roll, AI tools, and what makes content feel native to platforms like Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.

You should also be comfortable using AI tools to improve the creative process. This may include generating natural-looking filler footage, creating product b-roll, producing AI voiceovers, transcribing scenes, analyzing competitor ads, or speeding up editing workflows.

What You’ll Do

Edit Paid Social Ads

• Edit performance-driven video ads for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and other short-form platforms
• Turn raw UGC, talking-head footage, testimonials, product demos, founder content, and creator-style clips into finished ads
• Create multiple hooks, angles, and video variations for creative testing
• Build strong first-three-second hooks with visual impact
• Repurpose existing footage into new ad concepts and variations
• Make videos feel native to the platform, not like overproduced brand commercials

Bring Direct Response Creative Instincts

• Edit videos around direct response structures such as problem, agitation, solution, proof, and CTA
• Match the editing style to the footage, offer, brand, and creative angle
• Know when an ad should feel organic, handheld, raw, and native
• Know when an ad should feel more polished, premium, or brand-forward
• Use pacing, captions, pattern interrupts, b-roll, visual proof, and sound to keep people watching
