This role serves as a key liaison between Principal Investigators (PIs), research teams, internal and external stakeholders to oversee pre-award and post-award grant activities, monitor grant utilization and reporting requirements, manpower management and ensure timely resolution of operational and compliance matters, for smooth coordination, accountability, and delivery of funded research initiatives.

7. Research Infrastructure/Programme Development and Strategic Support

•      Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenants on leasing and tenancy matters across Furama Riverfront and Furama City Centre.

•      Build and maintain strong, trust-based landlord-tenant relationships to support occupancy stability and long-term retention.

•      Attend to tenant feedback, operational concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

•      Monitor tenant sales performance (GTO) and work collaboratively with tenants to address underperformance.

Lease Administration & Compliance

•      Prepare and manage all tenancy documentation including Letters of Offer, Lease Agreements, Novation Agreements, and Deeds of Surrender.

•      Ensure proper execution of lease documents, receipt of deposits, and stamp duty compliance.

•      Monitor lease expiry pipeline and proactively manage renewals to minimise vacancy risk.

•      Handle arrears management and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.

•      Coordinate fit-out, handover, and reinstatement processes with building management and facilities teams.

Reporting & Asset Performance

•      Prepare and maintain monthly tenancy schedules, vacancy reports, and occupancy dashboards for both properties.

•      Track and report on GTO sales, prospecting pipeline, renewals, and lease compliance.

•      Support budget preparation, rental forecasting, and re-forecast exercises.

•      Provide regular updates to the Investment Portfolio Manager on leasing activity and asset performance.

Requirements

•      Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or commercial tenancy / leasing management, preferably on the landlord side (property owner, REIT, mall operator, or property management company).

•      Proven track record managing a portfolio of tenants through the full tenancy lifecycle.

•      Solid understanding of lease documentation processes: LOO, LA, Novation, Deed of Surrender, e-stamping, and stamp duty.

•      Experience in GTO monitoring, tenancy mix planning, and vacancy management.

•      Comfortable working with external real estate agents and managing agent relationships to source and secure tenancies.

•      Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to manage tenant and agent relationships with professionalism and authority.

•      Proficient in tenancy reporting and comfortable with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

•      Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related discipline.

•      A real estate agency licence is not required for this role.

The above position plays a key role in maximising hotel revenue and profitability by supporting the development and execution of pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies. Working closely with the Director of Rooms & Revenue, this role ensures optimal business mix, accurate forecasting, and effective use of revenue management systems and distribution channels.

Revenue Strategy & Analysis 

• Assist in developing and implementing pricing and yield strategies to maximise room revenue, market share, and profitability. 
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of hotel performance, competitor benchmarking, and market demand. 
• Support the preparation of accurate revenue forecasts and budgets. 

Inventory & Pricing Management 

• Monitor and adjust room inventory and rate strategies across all distribution channels(brand website, OTAs, GDS, corporate accounts). 
• Ensure rate parity and distribution accuracy across all platforms. 
• Support group pricing decisions and evaluate displacement analysis for large bookings. 

Systems & Reporting 

• Maintain and optimize revenue management systems (RMS), channel manager, and PMS data accuracy. 
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, including pickup pace, segment mix, and booking trends. 
• Track and report on key KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and Market Penetration Index. 

Collaboration & Communication 

• Work with Sales & Marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, and packages to drive demand. 
• Coordinate with Reservations and Front Office to ensure smooth execution of pricing and inventory strategies. 
• Support Director of Rooms & Revenue in strategy meetings and provide insights for decision-making. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field 
• Minimum 2-3 years of revenue management experience in hotel or hospitality sectors
• Proven experience with revenue management software and systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, or similar platforms) 
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis 
• Solid understanding of hotel operations, rate structures, and distribution channels 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong supplier base to support operational and business requirements
• Sourcing for local and overseas suppliers based on pricing, quality, reliability, and capacity
