Key Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate planning and business development activities, including the coordination and follow-up of strategic projects.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor monitoring to support business planning and reporting.
• Prepare regular business performance reports, operational updates, and management presentations.
• Support investment and business evaluation projects, including data collection, basic financial analysis, and feasibility assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, investment, consulting, or corporate management.

• Strong strategic thinking, business analysis, and operational management capabilities.

• Familiarity with corporate operations, investment analysis, and project management processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively with the Group Headquarters in China and external stakeholders.

• Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act, regardless whether their names are stated in the form,
• Check mock-ups done on site and off site, where necessary,
• Conduct inspection and check as required under Authority Operational and Safety requirements.
• Conduct compliance check on the implementation of mitigating measures in method statement, risk assessment and DfS register.
• Ensure that records of all civil and structural engineering works, mechanical and engineering works including records of tests, defect rectification, inspections, work progress, material and equipment on site, safety, etc, are updated in a timely manner and properly kept,
• Maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done including records of tests, inspections, status of work, variation works, tests, inspections, work progress, safety, site diary, material on site and equipment on site, labour force, day works, provisional items or provisional quantities etc,

Job Requirements:-

• Minimum five (5) years of experience as RTO, of which at least two (2) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to the Works
• Diploma in Civil or Structural engineering from a recognized tertiary institution or relevant qualifications.
• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
• Have a certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry or equivalent.

• Identify key market segments and implement strategies for each market segment for revenue growth
• Establish new accounts for the Group
• Oversee day to day events/ routine work requirement
• Market research and analysis on rates/packages
• Staff Performance Tracking, ROA Planning (Route of Advancement)

MARKETING

• To effectively craft out the brand identity and brand values for individual brand amend steer it in the right direction
• To work with the team to hit the P&L set by the BOD
• To decide on appropriate marketing strategies within budget to meet the sales goals set by the BOD
• To work with Marketing on all collaterals of marketing needs and packaging of the products
• To have effective sales measures should sales fall below target for the month
• To develop at least 3 campaigns for each brand per year
• To supervise a team of marketing managers to meet the marketing objectives within the marketing budget given
