• Support backup operations, recovery testing, anddisaster recovery readiness.
  

Vendor / MSP Oversight & Project Support

• Coordinate with vendors and managed serviceproviders (MSPs) to ensure quality delivery and timely follow-ups.
  
• Support technical inputs for procurement,evaluation, and service acceptance activities.
  
• Assist infrastructure solutioning and deliverysupport for corporate enhancements and technology refresh projects.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure operations, implementation, and/or support (level dependent).
  
• Strong working knowledge in: networking, servers, cloud, identity, Microsoft 365, backup/DR, monitoring, and security controls.
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and infrastructure security practices is preferred.
  
• Certifications are a plus: CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure certifications, security certifications (CCSP/GSEC).
