• Allocation of manpower by shift.
• Raise material order requisition with Purchasing.
• Setting production target, monitor output efficiency and report of internal wastage and rejection.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring on-site set up, installation, test task, maintenance, fabrication, repairing and servicing of machines and or equipment are done according to schedule or when needed.
2. Monitoring, controlling and adjusting the machines and equipment for better quality, productivity and production line effectiveness.
3. Maintaining, up-keeping, repairing the amenities and facilities in the factories.
4. Maintaining the cleanliness of the machines, equipment and workshop area.
5. Ensuring all the maintenance and servicing process are carried out according to ISO 9001, HACCP/GMP, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 requirements.
6. Reporting to the supervisor and/or HOD for any problems encountered.
7. Other responsibilities as assigned by Company and/or departmental superior.

Qualifications and Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering or Boilerman certification or equivalent.
2. Possess good mechanical or electrical knowledge and relevant working experience in the manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Keen to learn and positive working attitude.
5. Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Able to execute instructions effectively and do trouble-shooting.
7. Detail oriented, able to practice high level of caution.
8. Good analytical and trouble-shooting skills.

10. Computer-literate, proficient with Microsoft Office, other relevant software and application.
11. Willing to work on shift and rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation, job order and schedule for production
• Ensure production quality and safety standards are complied with the standard set by management
• Responsible on products quality issues and take the necessary actions to prevent issues happen again
• To determine the best and most effective uses of available resources, tools and manpower allocation to accomplish production orders
• Prepare Production Performance Assessment Report
• Ensure all work procedure follow ‘SOP’ (Standard Operation Procedures) strictly
• To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements 

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher in related fields
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing / production field
• Able to speak and written in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
• Able to take up and perform challenging tasks
