**Responsibilities:**
- Support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in overseeing daily manufacturing operations across multiple facilities.
- Manage and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, quality assurance, and other departments to streamline workflows.
- Lead efforts for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and process innovation.
- Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Manage operational budgets and oversee resource allocation.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and operational teams, providing regular updates and reports.
**Objectives:**
- Achieve operational excellence by optimizing manufacturing efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and food safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Support the company’s growth and scalability through effective operational management.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork within manufacturing facilities.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience in large-scale manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of food manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality assurance.
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems and other operational technologies.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost-control expertise.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and KPIs for decision-making.
- Adaptability to industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Resilience and capability to manage high-pressure situations.
- Change management skills to lead organizational improvements.
