We’re looking for a Regulatory Product Compliance Senior Manager to join our growing Product Compliance team to support the Assets Product Compliance team in APAC. This role is hands-on, a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission, grow as a product and compliance manager, and help save millions more people money.

Your Mission:

In 2022, Wise launched the Assets product in Singapore, a new type of account. In 2024, the Assets product was launched in Australia. Assets allows customers to invest the money they hold with Wise in different asset classes such as stocks or bonds while retaining the instant access and spend functionality of a checking account.

Your mission is to work with our product teams based both in Singapore and London to improve our Assets offering in Singapore in a compliant manner through a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements and regulators’ expectations around investment products. You will also support the product teams on expanding the Assets offering in new APAC markets.

This is a first line Product Compliance role, embedded in the Product team.

You, together with the global and APAC product team, will be responsible for:

Regulatory risk and remediation:  

• By demonstrating a deep understanding of the Wise Assets product and local regulatory requirements you support Product and operational teams on how to interpret regulatory requirements, improve processes and our product to avoid regulatory breaches and/or incidents; 

• In collaboration with Risk and Compliance second line and the product team, identify and align on the main regulatory risks, gaps and forthcoming regulations. Present this in a very clear and understandable way to the wider teams, and work with them on defining the solutions and execution of mitigating actions 

Product design: 

• Deeply understand regulatory needs, translate this into solutions and work together with the Product Teams to build compliant new products/features and services in a customer oriented way; 

• Perform regulatory analysis of new products/features and services, and implement required controls prior to launch. 

• Identify opportunities to improve our product proposition / competitiveness by thoroughly analysing relevant regulations and challenging existing interpretations and market practice

Third Party Relationships: 

• Represent Wise in external meetings and being able to clearly and effectively articulate the Wise Assets Product; 

• Provide input on regulatory related matters, always representing Wise customer-oriented culture while ensuring compliance.

About the Role

DCS Card Centre is seeking a driven and commercially minded Product Manager to support the management and growth of our cobranded and affluent credit card portfolio.

This role will assist in product development, campaign execution, and portfolio performance monitoring to drive acquisition, activation, and card usage. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, and able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced payments environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Portfolio Management

• Support the development and enhancement of cobranded and affluent card products
• Assist in defining product features, benefits, pricing, and positioning
• Monitor portfolio performance metrics including card base growth, billings, activation rates, and customer engagement
• Prepare performance reports and insights for management review

Cobranded Partnerships

• Support relationship management with cobranded partners
• Coordinate joint campaigns and promotional activities with partners
• Track partner performance against agreed targets
• Assist in evaluating new partnership opportunities

Product Launch & Execution

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology) for product launches and enhancements
• Ensure smooth implementation of product changes and campaign rollouts
• Support preparation of product materials, FAQs, and internal training decks

Acquisition & Usage Growth

• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to execute acquisition campaigns
• Track campaign results and provide recommendations for optimization
• Support initiatives to improve customer activation and ongoing usage

Market Monitoring

• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research
• Provide insights on industry trends and recommend product improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline
• 3-5 years of product management experience. 1–2 years of experience in credit cards, consumer banking, payments, fintech, or related financial services would be preferable but not necessary
• Exposure to product management, campaign management, or portfolio analysis
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and performance metrics
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
