We are looking for an individual with great Civil/RC Structural experience for the position of Site Supervisor cum QS for our daily onsite operations. The candidate will work directly under the construction and project manager, managing clients, workers and all other stakeholders throughout the construction phase of various RC structural works.

Reporting to the Construction and Project Managers, the candidate will be responsible for constructing, managing and coordinating site-related works with the client, RE/RTO, and the workers to perform the RC work in the strictest compliance with the drawing, specification and contract documents. This role is focused on working in the field, managing our own workers, read and understand drawings, plan works, progress, materials and machinery, and will report directly to the Construction and project Manager. Working hours : 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm (40 hrs per week)

Salary : $2,800 to $4,200 (Based on market rate, subject to individual’s qualification & experience)

Overview

• We are a public-listed company that specialises in the manufacturing of steel prefabricated reinforcement for the construction industry. We are seeking suitably qualified personnel to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Extract bill of quantities for steel reinforcements from structural drawings to ensure accurate material planning
• Schedule and draft technical drawings using appropriate tools for submission and production purposes
• Coordinate technical issues with project site personnel to facilitate smooth project progress
• Attend site discussions as needed to resolve technical queries and support project teams

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Structural/Civil Engineering or QS / Structural Engineering Design or related discipline to support technical understanding
• Working knowledge of AutoCad and Revit-BIM tools to enhance drawing accuracy and efficiency
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar field to ensure familiarity with industry practices
