Support programme coordination and front desk operations in a part-time hybrid role at ULC, assisting with programme communication, schedule planning, customer service, and team collaboration to enhance programme delivery and student experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support planning of classes, activities, and events to ensure smooth programme execution
• Assist with scheduling, logistics, and communication to maintain efficient programme operations
• Follow up with enquiries and onboard participants to facilitate seamless enrolment
• Support outreach and basic business development initiatives to promote programmes
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in programme experience and delivery
• Provide front desk support during evening sessions to assist students and manage enquiries
• Manage student check-in processes to ensure accurate attendance tracking
• Coordinate with teachers and internal teams to support smooth class operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in programme coordination, operations, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and team members
• Organizational skills and responsibility to manage tasks independently and take initiative
• Interest in education or community-based programmes

Other Information

Working Hours

• Evening shifts (required): Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Additional coordination hours: Flexible (to be discussed)
