• Review and follow up the Contractors’ QA/QC plans and relevant Quality Documentation and verify execution is done per latest and updated IFC.
• Review and follow up the Contractors’ Quality records.
• Issues and tracks NCR (Non-Conformance Record) items till closure.
• Supports and coordinates Mock-ups.
• Escalation path for relevant Lead Project Manager.
• Performs incremental checks to validate and confirm Contractors’ installations.
• Attend mutual QC walk down with Owners.
• Supports Design Verification (DV) Process and start-up and commissioning quality issues.
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving program. Tracking defect rectification and closure in time.
• Perform Quality training for Subcontractors.
• Summarize and categorize all kinds of Quality inspection statistic data and list down for supervision, analysis and outcome report for improvement and recovery.

SanDisk is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior / Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across our global backend manufacturing operations. This role will drive transformation programs that optimize cost, enhance operational agility, and strengthen our external manufacturing partnerships, enabling SanDisk to deliver high-quality, high-volume flash storage solutions at scale.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive Strategic Initiatives:
  Lead and execute programs related to backend manufacturing transformation, including footprint optimization, regionalization, cost competitiveness, outsourced manufacturing strategy, and technology transitions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
  Coordinate with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain to align program objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Operational Analysis & Business Cases:
  Develop data-driven business cases for initiatives such as make vs. buy, geographical shifts, and capacity expansion or consolidation. Support executive decision-making with robust analytics and scenario planning.
• Program Governance:
  Establish governance models and cadences for program execution, including milestone tracking, risk management, change control, and stakeholder updates.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Define KPIs and success metrics for operational programs. Track performance post-implementation to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.
• Executive Reporting:
  Create and present program updates, strategic reviews, and executive-level presentations to senior leadership, with a focus on actionable insights and clear outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE programs and policies tailored to high voltage substation construction activities.
• Ensure project is in compliance with relevant local and national health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as the company standards and policies.
• To provide the best practice HSE solution on day-to-day monitor and report to maintain high HSE standards in the field.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• to monitor and review the implementation of HSE standard at the high voltage substation construction site.

• Adopting health and safety assurance process emphasizes leading indicators, which are effective in the developing mitigations to risks on the project site
• Proactively undertaking site supervision of works activities to address safety concerns or identified risk activities.
