Job Description

• To assist the Architectural Associate/ Architect in his/her duties
• Preparing planning applications and other regulatory application procedures;
• Preparing design proposals using computer-aided design (CAD) and traditional drawing methods;
• Assisting in the detailed design process and co-ordinating design information;
• Preparing/updating tender documentation and construction drawings;
• Liaising with appropriate authorities (e.g. Planning enquiries and technical officers) to obtain statutory approval;
• Attending site visits and recording minutes/discussions
• Assisting project architect in coordinating site issues
• Producing and analysing detailed specifications for suitable materials or processes to be used in construction;

Job Requirements

• Relevant Degree in Architecture
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Vray renderer, 3D max, Adobe Photoshop and Sketch-up
• Must have Knowledge with 3D Autocad, Revit & BIM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead academic planning, curriculum design, and instructional strategy across programs
• Develop and standardize course frameworks, learning pathways, and assessment systems
• Oversee instructional design for both online and offline learning environments
• Ensure academic quality, accreditation compliance, and continuous improvement
• Integrate AI tools and digital technologies into curriculum and learning experiences

Requirements

• Experience with online learning platforms (LMS) and digital education tools

Software Designer

Responsibilities:

• As the Software Designer in the team, you will be working closely with customers on requirements gathering. That would include analyzing their requirements, clarifying their requirements and documenting their requirements via UML.
• As the technical lead in the project, you will also be leading the architectural design and development of software systems, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and reliability requirements
• This involves Analyzing, designing, implementing, and test the control software.
• Conducting peer reviews to ensure product quality.
• Leading development team and ensuring team performance.
• Working as an integral part of a scrum team and handling user stories across the fullstack.
• Developing functionality using Agile practices, emphasizing speed and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years’ experience in software development handling software architecture in new product development projects.
• Minimum5 years of experience in C++ in object-oriented programming, and UML tools
• Minimum5 years in object-oriented analysis and design with common design patterns
• Minimum5 years in active design refactoring with CleanCode/Solid principle , and design refactoring with common design patterns
• Excellent communication skills and ability to (technical) lead a team of 8-12 software developers in projects.
