Job Scopes：

1.Developmental Discipline Co-ordinator - Assist HOD Student Management (SM) and Level Discipline Masters to

3.Case Management and follow-up

(a)Collaborate with Student Management Team to monitor the development of students sent for disciplinary measures.

(b)Refer and update Level Discipline masters on potential issues related to pupils and school discipline, based on information & personal observation.

(c)Conduct follow-up actions with students offenders after investigations conclude such as monitoring and supervising the completion of assignments, on in-house suspension, afterschool detention, etc.

(d)Daily sign-in/out for students on movement monitoring

4.Promote Developmental Discipline Practices

(a)Work together with HOD (SM) to design and implement meaningful learning tasks or interventions aimed at behavioral growth and character development

(b)Working alongside teachers to support challenging students, as well as encourage restorative and relationship-based practices

(c)Active monitoring of non-structured school hours where student masses gather such as recess and after school to prevent disruptive behaviours.

• Partner with managers and senior leaders across Singapore and Southeast Asia to provide HR advisory on performance management, leadership coaching, organisational development, employee relations and HR policies.
• Support business strategies and drive HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals across multiple entities.
• Lead and support regional HR projects, change management initiatives and process improvements, including Workday enhancements.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams on leadership development, diversity & inclusion, total rewards and talent acquisition strategies.
• Develop, implement and review HR solutions, policies and processes while mitigating organisational risks.
• Support the design and rollout of company-wide HR programmes and initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members while partnering with stakeholders across the region.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably within a large multinational environment.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, organisational development and change management.
• Experience leading HR projects and implementing HR initiatives across complex organisations.
• Familiarity with employment laws, labour relations and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with excellent planning and prioritisation abilities.
