ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages candidate’s interview scheduling
- Coordinates candidate’s interview travel
- Verifies details of jobs in applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Creates offer letters and obtains required approvals through the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Initiates pre-hire on-boarding for new employees
- May assist in the new-hire orientation process
- Enters data into automated systems and audits data entry
- Verifies completeness and accuracy of documents
- Maintains files and documentation
- Provides information to employees and candidates
- Assists in complex administrative processes
- May prepare special reports for internal team
- Participate on project teams as assigned
