這是一個全職永久職位，直接向集團馬來西亞高級財務經理報告。該職位的主要職責是協助高階財務經理管理財務部門的日常運作。

該職位的主要職責是管理公司及其集團旗下多家子公司的全部會計和財務職能。任職者將負責管理和領導會計團隊，確保編制準確的財務和管理報告。任職者也將負責從頭到尾領導月末結算流程。

主要職責：

*為不同的營運團隊製作每月報告。

*監控和分析會計數據，並編制每月財務報告。

*為公司及其子公司準備管理報告。

*在年度預算和預測過程中發揮主導作用。

*管理固定資產和收入團隊，確保合規性。

*審查公司財務報表，查看是否有差異、成本控制實施情況以及其他預算控制措施。

*管理和監督下屬在應付帳款和應收帳款方面的工作。

候選人

申請此高級會計及財務職位，候選人應具備ACCA專業資格或學士學位。優先考慮年齡在30-40歲之間，且擁有至少5-8年會計工作經驗的候選人。

理想情況下，具備PLC系統搭建經驗的候選人將優先考慮。不過，我們也歡迎在其他行業擁有紮實會計/財務經驗的候選人申請。

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance.
• Handle full-cycle payroll processing.
• Oversee monthly manpower costs by accurately calculating, budgeting, and controlling all expenses.
• Perform general administrative tasks and manage the onboarding/offboarding process (uniforms, contracts, food hygiene certificates, etc.).
• Ensure employee information is up to date and accurate.
• Apply for, renew, and cancel work passes for foreign employees.
• Advise employees on HR-related and administrative matters (leave, recruitment, payroll, insurance, etc.).
• Manage the day-to-day operations of HR and Admin duties.
• Handle applications and renewals for SFA licenses and food hygiene certifications for outlet staff.
• Submit and track statutory claims, such as NS make-up pay, government paid leave, CPF, and IR21.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
