We are looking for a Global Talent Development Manager to design, implement and continuously improve scalable talent and expert development programs across the organization.
This role focuses on building structured development pathways for professionals and experts from early career to advanced specialist roles. The position combines conceptual program design with global rollout and operational execution, ensuring that development processes are embedded in our HR ecosystem and supported by modern HR technology solutions, primarily within SuccessFactors.
The role works closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise and business leaders to ensure talent development initiatives translate into measurable capability building and organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities
Talent & Expert Development Programs
· Design and implement global development frameworks for professionals and expert career tracks.
· Build scalable programs for young professionals and early career talent, supporting the transition from entry-level to advanced specialist roles.
· Develop structured career pathing frameworks for professional and expert roles across the organization.
· Define learning journeys and development interventions aligned with organizational capability needs.
Program Design & Global Rollout
· Translate strategic talent development concepts into practical, scalable programs and tools.
· Lead global rollouts of talent development initiatives across regions and functions.
· Ensure programs are measurable, impactful and continuously improved based on feedback and analytics.
HR Process Integration & Digital Enablement
· Integrate talent development initiatives into the broader Grow talent cycle (performance, development planning, talent reviews).
· Ensure strong alignment and process integration within SuccessFactors, including learning, talent and development modules.
· Collaborate with HRIT and digital teams to leverage technology for scalable development solutions.
Additional Talent Development Initiatives
· Lead or support additional projects and initiatives within the Talent Development and Expert Development area as required.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of development frameworks, programs and tools across the global talent ecosystem.
Stakeholder Management & Executive Alignment
· Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and senior business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into development solutions.
· Engage with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership and executive management.
· Present, advocate and defend talent development concepts and programs in senior leadership forums and decision-making bodies.
· Ensure alignment between talent development initiatives, business priorities and workforce capability needs.
Experience & Qualifications
· Several years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Learning or Talent Management roles in an international organization.
· Prior experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong understanding of business needs and organizational dynamics.
· Proven experience designing and implementing talent development programs at scale.
· Experience with HR systems and digital learning ecosystems, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors.
· Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams, including the ability to confidently present and defend concepts at executive level.
